Paul is the man on the phone, Skype call or in the meeting, managing most of the projects and helping everything run smoothly.

A countryside dweller at heart, he can be found walking his dogs, checking on Tally the foal, watching rugby or out on a run followed swiftly by sipping a Menabrea.

Joanna Potter

Creative Director

The woman with all the design creativity, direction and leftfield thinking.

Originally hailing from Trinidad, when not swamped in Adobe software she's painting, writing books, dancing tango, offering massage therapy, evangelising about natural birth and always longing to get back on the polo field.

With 20+ years of technical and creative experience (e.g. Gazprom, MTV), Ben has unlimited passion for design, typesetting, photography and video.

A sporting enthusiast – particularly cycling and hiking - he is equally at home up a mountain in Jamaica or on snow in the Alps. Just don't offer him instant coffee - only the real stuff will do.
